Stacey Enyart is a Tampa native and creative leader whose work spans the full spectrum of live entertainment—theme parks, cruise lines, hotels, youth programs, and large-scale events. A recent addition to Norwegian Cruise Line Holdings’ Creative Development team, she pairs big-vision creativity with operational discipline to build experiences that travel ship-wide and land with heart.
Before NCLH, Stacey shaped guest-loved content at Merlin Entertainment at LEGOLAND New York Resort and contributed to major productions with Royal Caribbean Cruise Lines, developing mainstage shows, parades, cabarets, immersive shows, and parties, as well as many brand activations. An educator and former artistic director, she’s known for turning rehearsal rooms into high-trust, high-standard labs—mentoring talent, streamlining process, and advocating for clarity from concept to cue-to-cue.
Stacey earned her undergraduate degree from Point Park College Conservatory of the Arts and a graduate degree from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro, grounding her leadership in both craft and scholarship. She thrives at the intersection of story, music, design, and logistics—aligning artists and stakeholders to deliver experiences that feel inevitable on opening night.
Stacey’s focus is simple: elevate the work, grow people, and create nights guests can’t stop talking about—proof that joy and rigor belong in the same show file.
