Rachel Gladson |  Manager, Costume Operations

A Theatrical Costuming Professional with over a decade of experience, Rachel Gladson currently serves as Manager of Theatrical Costuming Operations at Creative Studios by NCLH. Rachel recruits and oversees wardrobe supervisors and stitchers, ensuring the success of NCLH fleet productions. Previously, as a Ship Lead, she trained teams, managed production timelines, and upheld design integrity. A Greensboro College graduate with a BA in Costume Design, Rachel has received multiple honors, including Student of the Year and Outstanding Student in Costume Tech.
