Matt Watkins

Matt Watkins is the Manager of Theatrical Facilities for Norwegian Cruise Line Holdings Ltd., which operates Norwegian Cruise Line, Oceania Cruises, and Regent Seven Seas Cruises. In this role, he oversees rehearsal and costuming facility operations, housing operations, and fleet vehicles for Creative Studios in Tampa, FL.

Matt joined NCLH in 2023 and brings over a decade of industry experience, most recently serving as Property Manager for ZRS Management.

Matt earned a Bachelor of Integrative Studies from Oakland University (Rochester, MI). He is also an Accredited Residential Manager through the Institute of Real Estate Management.
