A Message From Our Senior Vice President of Entertainment and Cruise Programs

LEADERSHIP UPDATE

I hope you are all healthy and safe. Entertainment is one of the most uplifting ways to connect with people, whether you're on stage, backstage or in the audience. It brings us together, broadens our horizons, and for a moment in time, allows us to forget our worries. For the past few months, we've worked closely with our Public Relations Team to create two entertainment-focused episodes for our new docu-series, Embark - The Series. The first episode invited viewers into the historic Garrick Theatre in London's West End for a unique reunion that brought The Choir of Man cast together for the first time in months. The next episode, NCL: Live from Broadway, will reunite some of our top talent from the musical theater world to showcase the Broadway entertainment across our fleet. While we haven't been able to connect with our guests, cast and crew during this extraordinary time, we wanted to deliver our friends at home an intimate showcase of our productions. It also offered a small group of our wonderful talent, a stage to share their musical gifts with viewers worldwide.

To support the Entertainment Community during this unprecedented time, during the broadcast of NCL: Live from Broadway, NCL will be asking for donations for The Actors Fund, an organization near and dear to me. For those of you who don’t know, The Actors Fund is a national services organization which helps meet the needs of our entertainment community. Services include emergency financial assistance, affordable housing, career transitioning, health care and insurance counseling, plus, so much more. To find out more information about this remarkable organization or to donate, please go to ActorsFund.org/NCL. But most importantly, be sure to watch NCL: Live from Broadway at https://nclembark.com on December 17th, at 9 pm ET / 6 pm PT. I hope you'll all be watching.

As we start the new year, we'll continue to work with the Healthy Sail Panel to evaluate the health and safety protocols that will allow us to resume operations. As I've mentioned before, everyone at NCLH is working tirelessly to make this happen, but we want to do it right, so that our Guests and Crew are vacationing and working in the most healthy and safe environment. Rest assured, the NCLH Entertainment Team and I are doing everything possible to get you back to work.

Please be safe and I wish you all the happiest of holidays. Happy New Year, and I look forward to seeing you at the Studios and on the ships in the new year.
